Our boat the Pilikai can hold 14 passengers, but we cap it at 10 so you are assured to have a more personalized and comfortable dive experience. Take your diving to the next level. With over 300' of depth the Backwall is for divers with bit more experience (40 dives minimum) to ensure proper buoyancy and added awareness during the dive. Here you will find a gorgeous deep vista and steep deep drop off. The wall, sheer in places, drops vertically out of sight, even with the over one-hundred-foot visibility that is common here. Uncommon at other sites, pyramid butterflyfish hover in loose aggregations, black coral houses long-nose hawkfish and gobies; and orange cup coral blankets the shaded undersides of large overhangs. And just like on the inside of Molokini, anything can come in from the blue. The Backwall of Molokini is a Drift dive which is another reason we require a little more experience in order to be a part of this dive, as well it requires another crew member in order to have the proper surface support. For these reasons it is not a dive that can be done every day. Feel free to give us a call before booking if the Backwall is your must see to destination, and we will let you know if we have the possibility of going.

Take an adventure into the past. The Carthaginian Ship Wreck  is one of our favorite sites to explore. It sits at a max depth of 97 feet on a sandy seabed 1/2 mile off the coast of Lahaina. Normally only seen by the Atlantis submarine, The Carth is a fantastic site for those looking for a fun wreck to explore. Frogfish can be found on the wreck, so keep a sharp eye out. Trumpet fish, sergeant major, orange spine unicorn-fish, rainbow cleaner wrasse and other small fish can be seen swimming about the ship. It is also possible to see turtles, sharks and eagle rays on this site. If we are lucky and time it right we can actually get to dive with the Atlantis submarine. There is usually a small current on the site, and it is about a 45 minute ride from the Kihei Boat Ramp so we don't go there on a daily basis.

While we refer to these days and sites as "Captain's choice," our diving destinations on Holo Holo days are predominantly influenced by various factors such as prevailing conditions, exciting elements, and your specific preferences. It is essential to note that the locations outlined on the booking calendar serve as our intended plans for a particular charter; however, it is ultimately Mother Nature who determines the actual diving experience, frequently resulting in site changes. Regardless of the outcome, rest assured that you have enrolled in a unique and extraordinary adventure that is not typically offered.
